The Incident Livestream Project provides emergency service members with real time video of public safety operations as they happen. Video is captured by qualified and experienced pilots using remotely piloted aircraft, and registered emergency service members receive a link via SMS to access the broadcast. The service is provided free of charge.

About the project
  • Demonstrate the value that live streaming incidents can bring to the emergency services community

  • Provide real time situational awareness of public safety operations to emergency service members

  • Make incident footage available to enhance learning opportunities via operational debriefs

  • Give insights to off-site members to support decision making such as resource allocation and redistribution

  • Support the development of emergency service training packages by providing real life examples
